This is an excellent venue to serve the cultural needs of the community. Some parking is available on both the east and west sides of the building. The facility is large enough to hold several hundreds of patrons, yet it still maintains a cozy, personal feel. I recently attended a Spartanburg Philharmonic Expresso concert and found the acoustics to support a good listening experience. I consider this a key resource to the Spartanburg area.

We went to a private Christmas party here. It was a beautiful room with a staircase on both sides to the second floor. High ceilings and lots of windows. It was a great venue.

Exhibits were enjoyable, although we brought a child and were disappointed that there was one large nude ( from behind) painting that seemed unnecessary in a family art center with a children’s art exhibit going on at the same time. That painting was the only one we did not appreciate.

First visit was to see the Spartanburg Ballet present The Great Gatsby. We really enjoyed the performance as well as the the Theater. The seats and rows were extremely close together but over all I loved it.

This place is awesome! I tell everyone I know about it because surprisingly, a lot of people have no idea what it is or where it’s at. I stop in pretty often to check out the new art exhibits and in February I’m going to see The SteelDrivers! Im thankful to have a cool place like this in Spartanburg.

Beautiful theater with ample seating for a smaller stage. Performance was good - not traveling Broadway good, but for that size theater company and orchestra, this theater worked just fine. Would go to see another performance here!
